Terms of Service

Effective November 5, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe the rules for using Road Conquest, an Android exploration and driving-history application published by AntnyGamer (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Road Conquest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Driving safety comes first.

Do not interact with Road Conquest, view advertisements, or handle your device while driving. Set up the app while parked, follow traffic laws, and keep your attention on the road. Road Conquest is an exploration tool—not a navigation, emergency, or safety system.

1. Using Road Conquest

You may use Road Conquest to record your routes, view explored places, review trips, earn in-app points, and use available community and account features. You are responsible for the device, connectivity, permissions, and permissions or authorization needed to use the services. Some functions require Android 12 or later, internet access, or precise/background location permission.

Do not use the app for unlawful activity, unsafe driving, trespassing, harassment, interference with the service, fraud, or attempts to manipulate rewards, purchases, rankings, or other users' accounts.

2. Location, maps, and accuracy

Road Conquest uses device location and third-party mapping or geocoding services to calculate explored roads, routes, and places. GPS, map data, inferred road matches, distance estimates, boundary overlays, and achievements can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or temporarily unavailable. Do not rely on Road Conquest for navigation, legal boundaries, road safety, emergency response, or proof that a route is accessible. Never enter restricted or hazardous locations to unlock map progress.

Tracking is controlled through the app and Android permissions. Automatic tracking may operate in the background when enabled, subject to Android settings and device limitations. Consult the Privacy Policy for information about what is stored on the device and what may be shared with service providers.

3. Accounts and community

Some features work without an account; optional account, forum, friends, or competition functions require sign-in and may not always be available. Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If you use community features, do not submit illegal material, threats, abuse, hateful harassment, sexually exploitative content, privacy-invasive information, spam, or material that infringes the rights of others. Public posts and usernames may be visible to others. We may moderate or remove content, limit features, or restrict accounts for rule violations or service security. Automated moderation may make mistakes; you can raise concerns through the project support page. Do not publish private GPS histories, passwords, or personal secrets in public issues.

4. Points, achievements, and advertisements

Points, achievements, cosmetic items, and competitive rankings are virtual app features; they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money. Road Conquest may show banner advertisements in menus and offer optional rewarded video advertisements. A rewarded advertisement grants the displayed in-app reward only when the advertising SDK confirms completion. Ad availability, eligibility, and reward offers can change, and advertisements may fail to load. Do not attempt to fabricate views, automate ad interactions, or exploit the reward system.

5. Purchases and VIP

Where available, optional digital products such as VIP or Forum Plus are sold through Google Play. Prices, taxes, payment processing, refunds, and purchase eligibility are governed by the Google Play checkout terms and applicable consumer law. Features and entitlements are described in the app's purchase screen; do not assume an item provides benefits beyond those displayed there. We will honor mandatory consumer rights, and nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Your data, exports, and backups

Your locally stored routes and exploration history may be lost due to device loss, app removal, storage failure, or other causes. Road Conquest offers export and backup options, but successful restoration is not guaranteed. Secure backups depend on the corresponding account and required encryption-key service; readable exports may contain precise and sensitive location information. Keep exported files safe and share them only intentionally. You are responsible for protecting copies you export.

See the Privacy Policy for detailed information on data practices. To request deletion of your optional Road Conquest account, use the account deletion page or the available controls in the app.

7. Software and intellectual property

Road Conquest's open-source code is distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3 as indicated in the repository license. Nothing in these Terms removes rights granted by that license. Third-party services, maps, trademarks, content, and libraries remain subject to their respective licenses or terms. The Road Conquest name and its original branding are not granted for misuse by these Terms.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, improve, discontinue, or temporarily suspend features, including network-backed functionality, subject to applicable law. Services may be interrupted by bugs, external providers, maintenance, or limits on free infrastructure. We may update these Terms; revised text will be posted here with an updated effective date. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it.

9. Disclaimer and limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Road Conquest is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without a promise of uninterrupted service, perfect map or location accuracy, or error-free records. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from ordinary use or service interruptions. These disclaimers do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including responsibility where law requires it.

10. Age and lawful use

You must have the legal capacity or necessary parent/guardian permission to use the app and any online features or purchases. Applicable age and parental-consent rules, Google Play requirements, and local laws continue to apply. Do not submit another person's information without authorization.

11. Contact and questions

Road Conquest is published by AntnyGamer. For questions about these Terms, please contact the project through GitHub Issues. Do not share private information or account credentials in a public issue.
